Directions

North of exit 4 on I-91

    Take I-91 south to exit 4, State Street. Turn right at the bottom of the ramp on to Humphrey Street. Continue to the third traffic light, Whitney Avenue. Turn right on Whitney Ave, followed by a left turn on to Edwards Street. At the top of the hill, turn right on to Prospect Street followed by an immediate left on to Hillside Place. At the traffic light at the bottom of the hill turn right on to Winchester Avenue. At the first traffic light turn left on to Division Street. Take you first left on to Shelton Avenue. The entrance to the gym is on your left, just on the far side of the large, white buiding. Drive to the gym entrance around the back of the building.

South of exit 3 on I-91

    Take I-91 north to exit 3, Trumbull Street. Continue straight off the ramp on Trumbull Street two blocks to Whitney Avenue. Turn right on Whitney Ave and then turn left on to Edwards Street at the third traffic light. At the top of the hill, turn right on to Prospect Street followed by an immediate left on to Hillside Place. At the traffic light at the bottom of the hill turn right on to Winchester Avenue. At the first traffic light turn left on to Division Street. Take you first left on to Shelton Avenue. The entrance to the gym is on your left, just on the far side of the large, white buiding. Drive to the gym entrance around the back of the building.

From I-95

    Find your way to I-91, by exit 47 from the south or north bound side of I-95. See South of exit 3 on I-91

Merritt Parkway North and South

    Google Maps, MapQuest, and just about every other mapping software will tell you to take exit 58 (Route 34) or exit 59 (Whalley Ave) when approaching from the south. It might save you one or two minutes, but the Dixwell approach - exit 60 - is easier to navigate. At the bottom of the ramp (north or south) turn right on to Dixwell Ave. Go about 3 miles to Division Street and turn left. Take your first right on to Shelton Avenue. The gym is on your left. Drive to the gym entrance around the back of the building.
