The CT Rock Gym offers a variety of programs for kids of all ages. Climbing is a great form of exercise that will enable your kids to develop more discipline, focus, mental and physical strength, endurance, listening skills and so much more!

Parents, are you interested in bringing the kids to The CT Rock Gym? If you know how to belay, then you are more than welcome come in and do our quick safety belay check, so all you will need is a day pass and gear rental for the kid's. If you do not know how to belay, we'd love to have you come in to take our belay class or sign up for our "Experience The Rock" program.
